The past months were very stressful because I was adjusting to many different things. My current stress level is decreased. I have made an effort to take better care of myself. I have gotten more breaks in the day and had better sleep at night. I have made sure to eat dinner every evening and have down time with little technology. Overall, my small changes have helped reduce some of my stress. Now I am working on getting more motivation for school. I have a few months left until graduation so I am trying to make the best of these last months.
