5 Ways to cheer up!

Sometimes you may feel down. It is a feeling that can happen for varies reasons. It is okay to feel sad, blue, or depressed. When I feel down and want to cheer up, I have a few things that make me feel better.

1. Watch funny videos

I like to watch pranks, dancing in public, and comedy sketches. Some of my favorite people to watch is QPark, Jefo, and SNL.

2. Eat something

I usually like to ice cream, popsicles, rice, etc. I like to eat my favorite food of the moment.

3. Spend time with loved ones

Sometimes being around people you care about can help. That can be friends, SO, family, etc.

4. Spend time with nature

I like to go on a walk, go outside, or look out the window. Being connected to nature can help calm my emotions. It is comforting.

5. Online Window Shopping

I like to go to websites and shop my favorite clothes and items. I like to go to luxury websites, skincare and beauty shops. I sometimes shop on social media like Instagram or Pinterest. You can save your favorite items for later.
