Last month, I struggled to complete my workout schedule. I found myself drained of energy. I was more active in my daily routine than usual and I found it hard to do exercises. I have come to the conclusion that I may never like working out. I only workout because it is good for my health and for my body. Here are some things the encourage me to keep exercising.
Muscles– One goal I have with fitness, is to build muscles to have more strength. I focus more on strength and muscle gain than weight loss.
Pregnancy– I want to stay physical healthy for the best chance of having a child. I am not family planning right now but it is nice to start focusing on building a habit of daily exercising,
Blood Pressure– I want to maintain a strong heart. Regular exercise and physical activity makes your heart stronger.
