My self love journey has been a life long challenge. During my break from writing, I realized that my healing has just started. The last few years was the beginning of me building consistent habits to improve myself. I had to unlearn unhealthy behavior, research and educate myself on new habits and learn how to fit them into my desired lifestyle. I am happy with my progress I have, even though I wish I could heal faster. I was not aware of how bad my mental and emotional trauma effected me. It is hard sometimes however, I fight the urge to push myself to get to my next chapter of life. I always remind myself to go at my own pace and allow myself to heal in my own timing.
